Laurent Lepinay

Laurent Lepinay has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Laurent currently holds the position of Managing Director - Head of Market Solutions at Kepler Cheuvreux since 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they served as the Head of Development & Co-Founder at Praexo, a digital service providing augmented investor relations solutions. Before joining Praexo, Laurent worked at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking for 12 years, where they held various roles, including Managing Director and Head of International ECM. Laurent was responsible for partnerships, sector focus, and coordination of initiatives in key sectors outside France. Laurent also has experience working at Deutsche Bank and Exane in equity derivatives and convertible sales roles. Overall, their expertise lies in ECM, convertible sales, and equity derivatives.

Laurent Lepinay holds a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from ESCP Business School, which they completed between 1990 and 1994. Laurent also has a certification in Investor Relations from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, obtained in 2022. Additionally, Laurent has obtained the Certification Professionnelle des acteurs de marchés from AMF - Autorité des marchés financiers (France) in 2013.
