Shantel Bince

Shantel Bince has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Shantel'smost recent position was with the Government of Prince Edward Island, where they worked in international recruitment for the Department of Health & Wellness starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they held roles at Kepler Communications Inc., including Global Talent Acquisition Manager from January 2022 to the present, and Manager, People & Culture from March 2020 to July 2022. Shantel also worked at Kira Systems as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from December 2018 to February 2020, and at Decentral as the Director of Talent Acquisition from October 2017 to September 2018.

Before that, Shantel held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager, Canada at Aramark from February 2014 to September 2017. Shantel also worked at AECOM as an Executive Recruiter for Transportation, Americas from December 2012 to November 2013, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for Simandou Rail from October 2011 to December 2012. Shantel's career began at Research In Motion - Waterloo Campus, where they worked as a Recruiter for R&D, Hardware Engineering & Product Management from 2008 to August 2011.

Shantel Bince attended York University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Political Science.
