Krista S. Geller

Krista S. Geller, Ph.D., serves as the Safety Director at Kiewit since April 2021 and is the President of GellerAC4P, Inc. since April 2018, focusing on the well-being of individuals beyond just safety. Geller has extensive experience as a Professional Speaker with Keppler Speakers since October 2017 and previously held roles at Bechtel Corporation from June 2012 to April 2018, where Geller managed leadership programs and safety initiatives. Other notable positions include Regional Safety Director for DPR Construction, Environmental, Health & Safety Manager at Devon Energy, and adjunct professor roles at Kingwood College and Radford University. Geller obtained a Ph.D. in Human Development from Virginia Tech and a BS in Psychology and Media Studies from Radford University.
