Payton Head

Payton Head is an accomplished keynote speaker and consultant with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Since May 2016, Payton has served as a keynote campus speaker for Keppler Speakers, focusing on issues of racial, gender, and sexual orientation discrimination while fostering dialogue on inclusion across over 40 institutions. Concurrently, Payton is a consultant for Deloitte's Global DEI Client Services and a member of the inaugural Chief DEI Officer Forum Implementation Team. Previous roles include Program Coordinator for the Obama Foundation Scholars and International Fellow with Humanity in Action. Payton's leadership experience as Student Body President at the University of Missouri-Columbia reflects a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Black Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
