Luke Burnett

Luke Burnett has a diverse range of work experience. Luke started their career in 2009 at KeraNetics, where they held multiple roles including Senior Scientist, Director of Product Development and Research, Chief Science Officer, and currently serves as the CEO. In 2022, they founded KeraVet Bio and is currently serving as its CEO. Luke also worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Wake Forest University Health Sciences starting in 2010. In addition to their scientific and entrepreneurial roles, Luke has served in the North Carolina National Guard as a Brigade Commander, Battalion Commander, and in various operational positions.

Luke Burnett earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University between 1990 and 1995. Luke then pursued a PhD in Neurobiology and Anatomy at Wake Forest University School of Medicine from 1998 to 2005. In 2013 to 2014, they attended the United States Army War College and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Studies.
