Nicholas Bennett is an experienced operations and events manager with a robust background in the events industry. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at KERB Events since October 2023, Nicholas previously held the position of Operations Manager at Wing Fest from June 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Venue Manager at Gorilla Events, Event Producer at Audience, and Event Manager at Go Mammoth®. Nicholas's career also features management and community roles at AQ Talent, Moose - The Alpine Spirit, Final Stage, and Green Chimneys. A graduate of The Manchester Metropolitan University with a B.A. (Hons) in Politics and Philosophy, and holding a Level 3 BTEC in Creative Media Production from Arts University Plymouth, Nicholas combines strong educational credentials with extensive practical experience in event management and operations.

It all began with our passionate founder, Petra Barran, driving up and down the country in her Choc Star truck swapping chocolate delights for a bed for the night! She saw a need for a street food collective, to represent London’s many independent traders. And so, KERB was born. KERB quickly grew into a collective of over 100+ of the country’s most iconic street food businesses. And so did the demand for KERB to pop up at events up and down the country! The natural next step was KERB Events, and so here we are, disrupting the events catering industry up and down the country.
