Kristen Danyluk

Kristen Danyluk has extensive experience in the legal field. Kristen is currently the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Kerberos Capital Management, LLC since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Senior Managing Counsel, Investments and Business Transactions at Allstate from 2016 to 2022. From 2005 to 2016, they were a Partner at Quarles & Brady LLP, where they focused their practice on advising institutional investors in their potential investments in private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, and other alternative investment vehicles. Before this, they were an Attorney at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from 2004 to 2005, where they analyzed due diligence materials and prepared due diligence reports and disclosure schedules in connection with mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Kristen Danyluk completed a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University in 1999.
