Alicia Seymour Rattigan

Alicia Seymour Rattigan has a diverse work experience in various industries including real estate, sports, entertainment, and hospitality. Alicia started their career in 2010 as an intern and assistant at Colleen Camp Productions before working as a bartender at The Capital Grille. In 2012, they became a blogger and host for notyouraveragesportschick.com, where they expressed their opinions and connected with others.

In 2014, Alicia co-founded VIP Fans Club, a sports-centered lifestyle club that offered exclusive memberships and once-in-a-lifetime experiences to sports fans. Alicia was responsible for development and fan relations. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Development and Communications at Keep On Playing, where they focused on making a difference in children's lives through baseball and baseball-related activities.

In 2016, Alicia worked as a Sales Manager for Trinity Bat Company, a premier wood bat supplier in Orange County. In 2017, they became a licensed real estate agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and later transitioned to Keller Williams Capital Properties in 2018, where they specialized in military relocation and became a licensed realtor.

Most recently, Alicia joined the Keri Shull Team in 2019 as a Realtor and Client Success Agent. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a passion for sports, entertainment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Alicia Seymour Rattigan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Holistic Health at the American College of Healthcare Sciences. The start year of their education is 2023, and their expected graduation year is not yet determined.
