Cristian Cavallo

Cristian Cavallo possesses extensive experience in operations management and production, primarily within the eyewear industry. Since September 2017, Cristian has held several positions at Kering Eyewear, culminating in the role of Directeur Général for both Manufacture Kering Eyewear and UNT Usinage & Nouvelles Technologie, overseeing development, quality, and supply chain operations. Prior to Kering, Cristian worked at Beckett Thermal Solutions as Operations Manager, focusing on productivity and Lean Production methodologies while ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Previous engagements include roles at Magneti Marelli, leading manufacturing operations with an emphasis on World Class Manufacturing principles, and Safilo Eyewear Industries, where Cristian was instrumental in establishing a new production facility in China. Cristian's early career included service in the Arma dei Carabinieri.
