Alex Smith

Alex Smith is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at Kering since March 2024. Previously, Alex held the position of Senior Director of Leasing at the Miami Design District from February 2020 to March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Real Estate Manager at Kering from May 2015 to May 2020, and as a Real Estate Specialist for the Americas at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank from April 2011 to May 2015. Kering oversees multiple luxury and lifestyle brands, and the real estate team focuses on leasing transactions and site selection in the Americas. Alex began educational studies at Gulliver Preparatory before completing a degree at Indiana University Bloomington.
