Audrey Lepine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and project management within the e-commerce sector. Currently serving as the Global Trainer Lead at Kering since April 2022, Audrey previously held the position of Customer Service Manager for Europe at Lacoste from September 2009 to June 2022, where responsibilities included developing customer relationship procedures for multiple European countries, managing a 20 to 40-person customer service team, and participating in various project implementations and trainings.
