Cecile Bugnet

Cecile Bugnet has extensive experience in digital operations, fraud, and payment management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Operations Fraud & Payment at Kering since August 2011. In this role, Cecile oversees the fraud strategy for the group's e-commerce transactions, manages risk, monitors key performance indicators, trains fraud teams, and handles disputes. Cecile also leads the implementation of Pay-By-Link solutions for global stores and client services. Prior to this, Cecile worked as a Digital Business Project Manager and as Workday Project Manager for the HR department at Kering. Earlier experience includes serving as Financial Communication Manager, overseeing project management and investor relations, and working as Corporate Access / Marketing Projects Manager at ODDO BHF. Cecile holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Ithaca College and studied at Burgundy School of Business.
