Charles Forest is a seasoned product owner and technical project manager with extensive experience in managing and coordinating technical projects, particularly in the areas of communication flows and logistics integration. Since May 2021, Charles has been a product owner at Kering, responsible for defining communication standards between ERP systems and warehouses, as well as managing middleware projects involving Kafka and sFTP. Previously, Charles served as a technical project manager at Accor, overseeing front-end projects and leading an Agile transition as a Scrum master. Charles has also managed API projects for Danone at BETC, delivered technical solutions at Phonevalley, and worked as a freelance engineer and developer.
