Clement CHANG

Clement Chang is currently the Human Resources Director for Kering in Mainland China, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Human Resources Director at Gucci and the Human Resources Director - Talent for Tiffany & Co. in Greater China. With extensive experience in retail training and development, Clement has held significant roles at companies such as adidas Group, Michael Kors, Cartier, and LVMH Fashion Group China. They hold a BA in Japanese from the National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology.
