Diego Fratus

Diego Fratus currently serves as the Group Internal Audit Director at Kering since July 2017 and holds membership positions on the Supervisory Boards of Kering Italia Spa and Kering Fashion Operations under Legislative Decree 231/2001. Previously, Diego was a Board Member at The Motor Chain and served as Chief International Audit Executive at PERCASSI, KIKO MILANO, where responsibilities included developing a global internal audit strategy and conducting independent audits. Diego also has experience as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Atalanta BC, where an innovative internal control framework was implemented, and as Chief Audit Executive at Gewiss Spa, where the internal audit function was established. Early career roles included managing the South Europe Internal Audit team at Adecco and working as a Supervising Senior Financial Auditor at KPMG Italy. Diego holds an Executive Master in General Management from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
