Holly Steele is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in driving transformation within the retail and technology sectors. Currently serving as Technology Transformation Director at Kering since April 2025, Holly previously held the position of Group Technology Director at Creed and spent a decade at Sweaty Betty where several roles included Head of Technology and Head of Systems. Throughout the career, Holly has successfully managed substantial capital investment budgets, implemented key systems such as ERP and PLM, and led teams to optimize business operations and support strategic growth initiatives. Prior experience includes project management roles at LivingSocial and consulting positions at CGI, where Holly led critical ERP upgrades and implemented solutions for various federal projects.
