Lea Bastos

Lea Bastos currently serves as HRBP for Kering Beauté, a role held since April 2023. Previously, Lea's career includes diverse HR positions, such as HR Officer and HR Business Partner for Balenciaga, HR Généralist at Costa Coffee, and HR payroll and staff administration at Tél and Com. Additionally, Lea was involved in international volunteering with AIESEC Alumni Brasil and worked as HR Officer at SNCF, where responsibilities included recruitment and management of fixed-term contracts. Educational qualifications consist of a DUT in Gestion des Entreprises et Administrations from IUT de Reims, as well as a Licence 3 and Master 2 in Sciences de la Gestion from IAE Lille.
