Ling Peng

Ling (Lingyun) Peng currently serves as the Head of IP for Mainland China and Taiwan at 开云 since September 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Counsel for Asia Pacific in the IP Section at Mattel, Inc. from September 2014 to July 2025, and as Senior IP Counsel at 欧莱雅 from January 2011 to September 2014. Additional experience comprises a position as Brand Protection Manager at Sara Lee International from August 2008 to December 2010, and as Brand Protection Supervisor at Unilever from June 2006 to August 2008. Ling holds a Common Professional Examination (Common Law) in commercial law from the University of East Anglia, obtained between 2003 and 2004, a Master of Laws (LLM) in International commercial and business law from the same university from 2002 to 2003, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, completed between 1997 and 2001.
