Patrick Bourquard is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading HR transformation and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as HR Organization & Services Director at Kering since April 2013, Patrick leads the implementation of HR systems, operations, and cost controlling, while also overseeing social reporting and data management. Previously, as Transformation, Networking & Knowledge Director at Kering, Patrick supported functional transformation journeys and initiatives in learning and diversity.
