Serena Lanini

Serena Lanini is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Global HR Standard Manager and Functional Leader for Workday implementation at Kering since October 2017, Serena has previously worked as HR Operation Manager at Gucci and HR Specialist at GE. An expert in HR processes and payroll, Serena's career began at Lanini Piero leather factory, a family-run artisan business, where valuable industrial relation experience was gained. Serena holds a degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Università degli Studi di Firenze and has also completed training in Microsoft Office applications at International Computer School.
