Serena Soncini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as the Corporate Compensation & Benefit Manager for Kering in Italy and Switzerland since September 2023, Serena previously held the position of Compensation & Benefit Coordinator at BMW Group from June 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included salary reviews, HR analytics, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Prior experience at Alphabet Italia - BMW Group as a Human Resources Supervisor and at EY as a Senior Consultant involved managing organizational change, recruitment processes, and post-merger integrations.
