Silvana Popa

Silvana Popa is an experienced professional currently serving as the TECH Global Demand Process Manager and TECH Portfolio Management Service Owner at Kering since September 2017. In these roles, Silvana focuses on process planning, development, and implementation to enhance Kering Technologies' governance and efficiency in project management. Prior to Kering, Silvana held various positions in IT consulting, project management, and architecture, including roles at ALTEN Italia, Autorità Portuale di Livorno, and Accenture Italia. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Smart City Design from Università degli Studi di Firenze and several other degrees in Business Administration and Architecture from institutions in Romania and Spain.
