Thierry Marty

President, Kering North & South-East Asia Pacific at Kering

Thierry Marty is the President of Kering North & South-East Asia Pacific. Thierry has over 20 years of experience in the luxury industry, having worked with brands such as Bulgari, Fendi, Cartier, and Louis Vuitton.

Marty began their career in 2001 as a Brand Manager for Celine Singapore. Thierry then moved to Bulgari Korea in 2007, where they became the Managing Director. In this role, they were in charge of the Korean subsidiary for all Bulgari products distributed through three networks: Retail Domestic, Retail Duty Free, and Wholesale Domestic. Thierry oversaw a team of 190 employees and 24 boutiques.

In 2009, Marty became the President & CEO of Bulgari Japan. Thierry held this position for seven years before moving to Louis Vuitton Korea in 2016, where they served as CEO for four years. Marty then joined Kering in 2020.

Thierry Marty has a background in business and economics, with a focus on blockchain technologies. Thierry has completed an MBA from HEC Lausanne, and has completed several courses on blockchain technology from INSEAD and Coursera. Thierry is currently working in the field of blockchain, crypto assets and decentralized finance.

Their manager is Jean-Francois Palus, Deputy CEO.
