Camille Rouzo

Camille Rouzo currently serves as Chargée de développement des ressources humaines and Chargée de missions RH Site at KERMENE since September 2021, overseeing human resources functions for the Salaison site, which employs 800 individuals. Key responsibilities include enhancing recruitment processes and developing a strategic hiring plan focused on essential skills. Previously, Camille held the position of Chargée de Recrutement at KER INTERIM from September 2020 to August 2021, specializing in recruitment for the construction sector through various tasks such as identifying personnel needs and candidate selection.
