David Barnett

David Barnett has extensive experience in information technology and education, currently serving as Deputy Chief Information Officer at Kern Community College District since July 2011. In this role, David oversees teams delivering Ellucian Banner, Oracle databases, and various enterprise applications, while previously holding positions such as Interim Deputy Chief Information Officer and Director of Enterprise Applications.
