Jennifer Haley

Jennifer Haley is currently serving as the President & CEO and Board Director at Kern Energy CA. Jennifer has been involved in various legal positions including Vice President at Kern Oil & Refining Co. and Attorney at Best Best & Krieger LLP. Jennifer has a JD (cum laude) from the University of San Diego School of Law and a BA (magna cum laude) in History and English from the University of San Diego. In addition to their legal career, Jennifer also holds board positions at the California Science Center and the California Chamber of Commerce.
