James Glenn

James Glenn has over 15 years of experience in IT, currently serving as a Systems Administrator at Kern Health Systems since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting HCI environments, VMware infrastructure, data center operations, and maintaining over 1000 Windows Server VMs. Prior roles include IT Specialist at the City of Shafter and Systems Administrator at Managed Care Systems, LP, where James oversaw network devices, desktop administration, and Citrix administration for a large user base. Earlier experience as a Technical Support Specialist at GEMCare and Helpdesk Tech at Fantasy Springs Casino provided a solid foundation in PC and server troubleshooting. James Glenn completed education at Riverside City College in 2006.
