Yufan Brandon Chen, MD, FACOG, FPMRS has a diverse work experience in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Yufan Brandon currently holds multiple positions at Kern Medical, including Director of Clinical Research, Associate Program Director of the OBGYN Residency Program, and Chief of the Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery. In 2020, they also became an Assistant Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Prior to that, they co-founded the medical company Renalis and served as its Chief Medical Officer. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications including being a Board Certified Subspecialist in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) in 2022, and being ABOG Board Certified in 2019.
