Ramon Cols

Ramon Cols is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director de Área Personas at Kern Pharma since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ramon worked at Grupo Indukern from March 2017 to December 2023, holding positions as People Operations Manager and HRBP for Corporate Areas, as well as HRBP Manager for Subsidiaries and Corporate Areas, leading HR Agile projects. Previously, Ramon spent 15 years at ROLER ESPAÑA SLU as the Responsable de Recursos Humanos, focusing on defining and developing HR policies, talent management, recruitment, and organizational structure. Ramon began their career at Manpower, evolving from an internal trainer in HR management to leading the PRL department, and has also served as Responsable de Desarrollo de RRHH at Aliança, where responsibilities included designing and applying development and training policies. Ramon holds an Executive Master's degree in Human Resources and a program in Talent Management from EADA Business School.
