Thomas Smedsrud is an accomplished executive in the healthcare sector with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as CEO of Kernel AS since April 2021 and CEO of DIPS AS since August 2023, Thomas has also held positions such as Deputy CEO and Medical Director at Kernel AS and Medical Director at DIPS AS. Prior roles include Project Manager for the BIGMED initiative at Oslo universitetssykehus, Senior Manager at Accenture, Managing Partner at FUTUREPROOF AS, and Supervisor at the Seksjon for Skadelegevakt. Thomas's career began in consulting with McKinsey & Company and as a physician prior to obtaining a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
