Currently serving as Managing Director at Peninsula Ear Care since November 2020, Tim focuses on providing excellent ear care in the southwest. With a career spanning over two decades, Tim has held various roles, including Advanced Paramedic for KERNOW HEALTH CIC and self-employed urgent care, along with extensive service at South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. Tim has also been involved in shaping primary care as Head of Clinical Operations for Mayflower Medical Group and Interim Head of Clinical Operations for DEVON DOCTORS LIMITED. Founded in 2011 by a group of Cornwall Practices, Kernow Health CIC is a GP owned provider organisation working together for patients and communities in Cornwall. We deliver a number of NHS contracts across the county, including Cornwall's 111 Integrated Urgent Care Service, the School Immunisation Programme, a Children’s Eating Disorder Service, the Cornwall Training Hub [formally CEPN] and most recently Excellence in Practice. As a CIC, Kernow Health is a non-profit making organisation which will re-invest any surplus income into local healthcare provision
