Anna Pisania

Anna Pisania has over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Anna currently serves as the Head of Pharmaceutical Development and Manufacturing at Keros Therapeutics, a position they have held since March 2019. Prior to their current role, Anna worked at Acceleron Pharma for 12 years, starting as a Senior Cell Culture Engineer and progressing to various roles including Staff Engineer, Associate Director of Process Development and Manufacturing, and Director of Process Development and Manufacturing. Anna'stime at Acceleron Pharma spanned from July 2007 to March 2019.

Anna Pisania completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Patras from 1996 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering Practice from 2001 to 2003 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Anna then continued their education at MIT and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemical Engineering from 2001 to 2007.
