Ericka D.

Ericka D. has a diverse range of work experience, spanning from 2017 to the present. Ericka began their career working as a cashier at Panera Bread from March 2017 to April 2018. From September 2017 to March 2019, they worked as a cashier at La Victoria Taqueria. In September 2018, Ericka D. started working as a hostess at Howling Wolf Taqueria, a position they held until August 2019.

In 2019, Ericka D. transitioned to office and administrative roles. From August 2019 to September 2020, they provided administrative assistance at Manter Co. Inc., where they handled office emails, customer and staff requests, accounts billing, payables and receivables, staff payroll, and ordering office supplies. In October 2019, they also took on the role of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable at the same company.

In 2020, Ericka D. worked as a Home Health Aide at Brooksby Village, an assistive living facility. In this role, they performed activities of daily living (ADLs), patient transport, hygiene and feeding needs, and coordinated communication between different shifts. Ericka also practiced thorough documentation and provided daily patient updates. Their tenure at Brooksby Village lasted from September 2020 to January 2021.

After their experience in the healthcare industry, Ericka D. joined Beverly Hospital in January 2021 as a Clinical and Administrative Associate. Ericka was responsible for delivering high-quality patient care on Johnson 5, an adult medical surgical/pediatrics unit. Their duties included obtaining patient vital signs, collaborating with a healthcare team, collecting specimens for testing, patient transport, and handling administrative tasks. Ericka D.'s employment at Beverly Hospital lasted until January 2023.

Currently, Ericka D. is a Research Associate in vivo Co-Op at Keros Therapeutics, starting in January 2023.

Ericka D. began their education by attending Beverly High School from 2014 to 2018. After completing their high school education, they went on to pursue an Associate's degree in Health Sciences at North Shore Community College from 2019 to 2020. Concurrently, in 2019, they obtained certifications in Microsoft Access 2016 Introductory, Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 Introductory, and Microsoft Word 2016 Introductory from Acclaim Badging.

Continuing their education, Ericka is currently enrolled as a Student at Salem State University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biomedical Sciences. Ericka started their studies in 2020 and is expected to complete them in 2023. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Home Health Aide, CPR & AED, and First Aid in 2020 from Spectrum Healthcare Training Center Inc. and the American Heart Association, respectively.
