Kimberly Vazquez

Kimberly Vazquez has extensive work experience in regulatory affairs and analytical sciences. Kimberly currently holds the position of Senior Director and Head of CMC Regulatory Affairs at Keros Therapeutics, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Gilead Sciences as the Director and Head of NJ Regulatory Affairs CMC from October 2020 to August 2022. Before that, Kimberly was the Senior Director and Head of CMC Regulatory Affairs at Immunomedics from September 2018 to August 2022.

Kimberly also has a strong background in regulatory sciences at Merck. Kimberly held the role of Director of Biologics CMC Regulatory, overseeing strategy development, submission management, and interactions with regulatory health authorities for global biological therapeutics, including being part of the team for Keytruda. Kimberly held this position from January 2014 to August 2018. Prior to that, they had various roles at Merck, including Director of Analytical Sciences and Senior Principal Scientist in Analytical Sciences.

Before joining Merck, Kimberly worked at Merck as an Associate Director, Senior Principal Scientist, Principal Scientist, Associate Principal Scientist, and Senior Scientist from 2005 to 2012.

Kimberly Vazquez earned their Bachelor of Science and Ph.D. degrees in Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. Kimberly attended the university from 1996 to 2005, obtaining a solid foundation in their field of study.
