Deborah Cozart

Deborah Cozart currently works as the Performance & Accountability Coordinator at KERR-TAR REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, overseeing the Workforce Innovative Opportunity Act (WIOA) Grant Program in five local counties.
