Noelle Kerman has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over many years. Noelle began their career at Bloomingdale's in 1993, where they completed a Buying Training Program and held various positions until 2000. Noelle then joined Ann Taylor as a Planning Merchandise Manager from 2000 to 2004.

In 2004, Noelle moved to Ralph Lauren, where they held several roles in Merchandise Planning and Allocation. Noelle started as a Senior Director of Merchandise Planning for Men's/Vintage/Rugby from 2004 to 2006 and then transitioned to Senior Director of Merchandise Planning for Men's and Women's from 2006 to 2007. Noelle was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Planning and Allocation, a role they held from 2007 to 2012. Finally, they served as Vice President of Demand Planning and Merchandise Planning from 2012 to 2015.

In 2015, Noelle joined ANN INC, the parent company of Ann Taylor, LOFT, and Lou & Grey, in a leadership position. Noelle started as the Vice President of Omni Merchandise Planning and Allocation for LOFT, Lou & Grey, and FP Brands from 2015 to 2018. Noelle then transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President of Merchandise Planning and Allocation from 2018 to 2019. Their last role at ANN INC was as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Loft, Lou & Grey, and FP Brand from 2019 to 2020.
