Carolyn Adams, SPHR, GPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer/ Head of Global & North America HR/HR & Finance at Kerridge Commercial Systems, starting in 2014. Prior to this role, they served as a Board Member & Treasurer at Hands of Compassion International from 2010 to 2013.

From 2002 to 2010, Carolyn worked as a Consultant, specializing in HR, Finance & Operational Success, at Klein Decisions & Consultant. Before that, they held various positions at Fiserv, including Director/Vice President (CheckFree Investment Services acquired by Fiserv) from 1999 to 2002, Client Success and Professional Services Manager (Möbius Group, acquired by CheckFree/Fiserv) from 1996 to 1999, and Investment Performance Analyst (Möbius Group, acquired by CheckFree/Fiserv) from 1994 to 1996.

In 1991, Carolyn started their career as a Pension Specialist, focusing on 401k Acquisition and Investment Integration, at Principal Financial Group.

Carolyn Adams, SPHR, GPHR has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from West Virginia University Institute of Technology. In addition, they have earned several certifications including the Global Professional Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2018. Carolyn also completed the University of Oxford Executive Leadership Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in September 2021. Carolyn also holds the Associate, Customer Service (ACS) and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) certifications from LOMA. Carolyn is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified by HRCI.
