Aoife Marie Murphy

Aoife Marie Murphy, PhD, serves as the Sustainable Nutrition Senior Manager at Kerry, where responsibilities include leading Research, Development, and Application (RD&A) Sustainability initiatives and developing the company's 2030 Portfolio assessment roadmap. Previously, Aoife held various roles at Kerry, such as Nutrition Business Development Manager and Nutrition Scientist, focusing on market growth and strategy development in North Asia and the APMEA regions. Aoife's academic background includes a Teaching Fellowship at Newcastle University and postdoctoral research at University College Dublin. Aoife earned a PhD in Molecular Nutrition from University College Dublin and completed a business sustainability management short course at the University of Cambridge.
