Chris Polley

Chris Polley has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Global IO Project Engineering & Digital Portfolio Lead at Kerry since October 2005. In this role, Chris is responsible for enhancing engineering project delivery within a capital investment program across over 140 factories and managing the engineering digital use case portfolio as part of a global digital transformation initiative. Prior positions at Kerry include leading the development of a global framework for process technologies, managing the engineering transformation program in Europe, and spearheading sustainability efforts across multiple factories. Chris's earlier experience includes roles in process engineering at ARGENT ENERGY GROUP LIMITED and Huhtamaki. Chris holds a Chartered Chemical Engineer designation and has completed advanced studies in management accounting and project management, earning formal qualifications from reputable institutes. Educational credentials include a first-class MEng in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
