Iwona Karwacka-Ukleja

Iwona Karwacka-Ukleja is an experienced professional in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Director Supply Chain MLE at Kerry since June 2018. With over 22 years of experience, Iwona has developed and implemented purchasing and supply chain strategies for a global food and ingredients group, managing a team of 160 direct reports across Europe. Previous roles at Kerry Group from 2000 to 2018 include Supply Chain Manager CEE, Regional Purchasing Manager CEE, Lead Buyer for the Ingredients Division in EMEA, Country Buyer, and Stock Controller. Iwona holds a Master Degree of Economics and an Engineering degree in Food Industry from the University of Economics in Wrocław.
