Kenneth McConkey

Kenneth McConkey is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Improvement at Kerry since July 2018, Kenneth previously worked at Diageo North America from November 2012 to July 2018 as the North America Quality & Food Safety Excellence Development Manager. In this role, Kenneth was responsible for quality activities across nine North American conversion sites, addressing market issues and leveraging prior experience in the Asia-Pacific region. Kenneth's tenure at Diageo also included a position as the Asia Pacific Regional Quality Director, where strategic direction and leadership for product quality and food safety were emphasized, along with experience as a Risk and Compliance Manager focusing on health, safety, quality, and environmental management. Kenneth holds an MBA from Ulster University, a postgraduate degree in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University, and a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology from the University of Dundee.
