Rizwan Din has extensive experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing, currently serving as the CI Cluster Leader for Sweet & Cereal Business at Kerry Ingredients NA since January 2017. In this role, Rizwan collaborates with the Vice President of Operations to develop and execute strategic initiatives while fostering partnerships with Plant Leaders to enhance lean integration strategies. Rizwan has a proven track record in coaching leadership teams, optimizing production processes, and leading large-scale lean transformations across multiple business units within Kerry. Rizwan’s background includes roles as Cluster Lead for Sweets and Dairy & Culinary Businesses, CI Business Cluster Leader, and CI Manager, coupled with significant contributions as a Senior Trainer Consultant at Grimsby Institute and as Continuous Improvement Manager at Kimberly-Clark. Rizwan holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Chemical Engineering from Aston University and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath.
