Joe Ip

Joe Ip is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and corporate systems. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Systems at Kerry Properties Limited since March 2021, Joe is responsible for the standardization and revamp of processes across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Previous roles include IT Services Delivery Manager at Cathay Pacific Services Ltd, where Joe developed an ITSM framework based on ITIL 2011 and led various projects in parallel. Early career experiences encompass roles as a Business Analyst at Cathay Pacific Airways and AIG, as well as Senior Information Systems Analyst at AIG and PeopleSoft Analyst at Bausch & Lomb. Joe holds an MBA and certifications as a PMP and ITIL Expert, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong and further education at the University of Bradford.
