Senior Director Business Strategy at Kerry Foodservice

Rich Fowles has a strong background in the foodservice industry, with experience at both Kerry Foodservice and Unilever.

At Kerry Foodservice, Rich held the position of Senior Director Business Strategy, where they were responsible for leading the transformation of the national account team. Under their leadership, the team achieved profitable growth with chain restaurant operators in North America, delivering a 10% growth in the first year of team development. Rich also played a key role in integrating a custom and branded selling organization, implementing a new targeting model, account list, and selling stories.

Prior to Kerry Foodservice, Rich worked at Unilever, where they held several senior roles. As Senior Marketing Manager, they were a member of the North America Marketing Leadership Team and successfully executed a $500 million annual marketing plan. Rich also served as Senior Manager of Customer Development & Sales Implementation, where they developed the sales strategy for North America and improved cross-functional communication and customer engagement tools. Additionally, as Region Sales Manager, Rich led the largest geographic sales region of Unilever Foodsolutions, implementing a consultative selling approach that resulted in the Southwest region becoming the top-performing region.

Rich Fowles holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in French Language and Literature and Business Administration from Brigham Young University. Additionally, they have completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
