Courtney Maffia

Courtney Maffia currently serves as a Junior Workplace Consultant at Kershner Office Furniture, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Maffia worked at Scarpetta from February 2021 to September 2023 as a Server, and managed operations as Manager on Duty at Five Iron Golf from October 2020 to October 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing staff performance, creating daily reports, and managing event flow. Earlier experience includes serving as a Server Assistant at Lacroix at The Rittenhouse from June 2019 to March 2020 and as a Customer Service Representative at Wegmans Food Markets from August 2014 to June 2019. Courtney Maffia holds a degree in Health Sciences from Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions, completed in March 2023, and previously studied Biology at Northampton Community College from 2016 to 2018.
