Susan Boekhoff

Susan Boekhoff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in eCommerce and customer service management. Currently serving as a Project and Process Manager at Kerusso Inc since March 2024, Susan previously held the role of eCommerce Operations & Customer Care Manager at CardieX Limited from December 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included developing customer service strategies and communication channels.
