Bala Jagannathan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and project delivery. Currently serving as Chief Delivery Officer and Technical Director at Kerv Digital since January 2014, Bala oversees the end-to-end offshore delivery of diverse IT projects, including business transformation and product development leveraging cloud-based solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Architect at Infosys, BI Consultant at Deloitte, and Product Technical Architect at Infosys Technologies Ltd, among others. Bala's educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
