Akhil Taneja

Akhil Taneja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Capital & Special Projects and Global Business & Real Estate Development at Kerzner International since March 2018, Akhil leads the growth of the Atlantis, SIRO, and One&Only Resorts brands. In addition, as Vice President of Development for One&Only Resorts and Managing Director at Sur Capital, Akhil focuses on private investment and asset management for boutique leisure hotels and resorts. Prior to these roles, Akhil held several significant positions, including Vice President of Development for IHG in the Asia Pacific region, Co-founder & Director of Hotel Investment Advisory & Asset Management, and Vice President of Hotel Development Planning & Feasibility at Marriott International. Akhil began a career in hospitality with an internship at Jones Lang LaSalle and has a BSc in hospitality management from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.
