Elina Laitto

Elina Laitto has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Elina started their career at Stockmann in 2011, where they worked in various roles including Executive Assistant and Assistant of Director of Department Store Division. In 2013, they became a Project Manager in Digital Retail and was responsible for project management of omnichannel business strategy, benchmarking, analysis and development plans, as well as defining development roadmaps. From 2014 to 2016, Elina worked as a Senior Omnicommerce Development Manager, focusing on digital retail.

In 2017, Elina joined Kesko - K-Group as a Global Development Manager in Digital Services, Building and Technical Trade. Elina was responsible for driving global development initiatives in this area. In 2018, they took on the role of Digital Sales Manager, where they focused on sales strategies and digital services. Currently, Elina holds the position of Service Director, overseeing Onninen eCommerce and Digital Services in the Building and Technical Trade sector. This role involves managing and enhancing the company's online service offerings.

Elina Laitto holds a Master's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, International Management, and Business Law from the Turku School of Economics, which they obtained from 2005 to 2011. Elina also studied International Management and Communications at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in 2010. Later, in 2018 to 2019, they completed a Johtamisen erikoisammattitutkinto (JET) in Organizational Leadership at Ava-akatemia. In addition to their degrees, Elina has obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster® and Certified Scrum Product Owner® from the Scrum Alliance in 2015.
