Erkki Saastamoinen

Erkki Saastamoinen is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Kesko - K-Group since 2001. Currently serving as IT Director since August 2020, Erkki oversees group-level IT sourcing and project management operations. Previous positions include multiple IT Director roles focused on business intelligence systems, digital development, e-commerce, cyber security, and data protection. Prior to these roles, Erkki held positions such as Head of Application Services and ICT Manager, managing significant application services and large-scale SAP retail projects. Erkki's educational background includes an Executive Master of Business Administration and other management qualifications from Jyväskylä University and Teknillinen korkeakoulu.
